Free training

I had planned that today i would go to the gym... but of course, afer yesterday... i dont think so.
  Of course i'd love to go to the gym... but i know that because i drank yesterday, and quite a bit... the training wouldnt have any affect and its not good either. So its just to accept that i cant. Its not the end of the world. :)
   Instead im going to go out for a walk!! Some fresh air and exercise and then ill be set up for the day!!! :)

This morning, i wasnt so sure if i was hungry or not... just felt kinda sick. But i know i cant skip breakfast, even though my stomach says that i should.
  Instead i settled for a light breakfast, of yoghurt, nectarine, half a banana and a handful of cashews!! That went down well :)

Todays plans are to just take it easy, sort some things out, because.... tomorrow is hte end of my summer break and its Back to school!!!
  Nervous...
its a new school. So i dont know anybody...ehhh ??

Tips on what to do on the first day of a new school would be appreciated!! ;) haha

  1. My tips would be to just smile and look at people. Kinda feel your way around, and get to know the school. Talk to some people in each of your classes, get to know them a little bit. It will help you feel like you're not such an outsider. (:
